AI-generated summary

Paul Ernest Young, aged 66, died of acute myocardial infarction while a resident in Department of Human Services care. Autopsy revealed significant coronary artery disease with a clot in a major coronary artery causing a recent heart attack. The coroner found he received appropriate care and attention throughout his life and in his care residence. This was a natural death from acute cardiac pathology with no preventable factors identified. The clinical lesson is that residents in aged care with significant cardiac risk factors require appropriate health monitoring and cardiovascular assessment.
